Do you like the Sunny Days, aren't they great? Did you know that in areas where it rains half the years or is mostly dark that people have severe depression? It is true, in fact there are more mental health problems in the Northern US States than in the sunny states. There are less suicides, depression and drug and alcohol abuse per capita. Did you know there are less stress related illnesses too? In fact it is so says a recent research study by a major University.

Many ancient cultures worshiped the Sun; Sun Worshipers. Indeed, it is amazing that such Sun worship was common around the globe and there are some Sun Worshipping Religions going on even today. Apparently from the all studies this seems to makes a lot of sense. Did you know the Sunny Florida, Arizona and Southern Nevada and Southern California have the highest rates of population growth?

Many people interviewed in Florida had lived in the Northeast and come to visit and decided to stay, actually purchasing a home during their visit. Others had come on a winter vacation to ditch the bad weather and decided to stay all winter. Many people "snowbirds" do this and it is very trendy indeed. Lately something new has happened and that is people come to visit and stay all year. Most are quite satisfied with their decision, well except this year due to the Hurricane Season. But they say; "that is the cost for living in the Sunny Paradise!" Think on this, because if you love the Sun there must be a good reason for it.
